A YEAR OF WELLNESS SUMMARY

Evaluate Your Wellness Program for Success

Year 2016 has come to an end. Time to summarize a year of project actions focused on improving our lifestyle, ie, eating habits and models of
 physical activity.

During the year, students in all partner schools worked on improving their way of life with the help of a tool designed to plan  own goals and evaluate progress- Personal Healthy Lifestyle Planner- Food & Activity & Recreation Journal .
The students listed  the amount and type of active leisure per week and posted information about their daily diet, they created small healthy goals by that means they simply had the chance to follow  some small steps to a healthier life.

Based on the opinions of students working with the journal, each school produced a report. Conclusions from the reports, together with the results of the fitness tests, were used to prepare a joint report summarizing the project activities and their impact on the health and well-being of the participants in the project. The report also describes students’ attitude towards rational lifestyle at the initial and final stage of the project.
